All ages are invited to create a bookmark design and enter it into the summer reading bookmark contest. Winners from each age group will win a prize and have their bookmark created & handed out.
All ages are invited to create a bookmark and enter it into our bookmark contest. Entries are due on June 27th, no entries will be accepted after this cutoff date.
One winner will be selected from each age group. Winners will receive a small prize and will have their artwork featured with credit on library social media accounts. Additionally bookmarks with their artwork will be handed out to readers all summer long.
Age Groups: 3-5, 6-12, 13-17, 18+ years
Contest Rules:
Use the bookmark template at the library reference desk to create your bookmark. Any drawing submitted on other paper will not be considered.
Your bookmark must feature the words “Color Our World” and match the theme of the arts & creativity to be considered.
Do not cut out the bookmark or include any 3-D elements, stickers, glitter, or artwork that is not your own. You may use markers, pens, colored pencils, crayons, or paints to create your art.

By entering the contest you agree that your artwork may be reprinted in bookmark form by the library and that it may be featured on the library’s social media accounts.
