From Rome: Take Route 69 east to Oriskany. Turn right on River Street. Go one block to Utica Street (at light), turn left to Library. Parking in back. From Utica: Take Route 69 to Oriskany. Take a left at first stop light (by Waterbury Mill). Go over River Street to stop light. Turn left to Library. Parking in back.
